In the tutorials I'm watching, the IAP button has an image in it. But when I create an IAP button, it has a Button in it. So, not sure why that is or what to do with that.
Also, I just want to do a non-consumable No ads purchase. I think I have everything set up for that. The ID is remove_ads, both in Unity and Google store.
I don't think I need the codeless IAP button. I just want a simple button that makes it happen.
I'm feeling that these tutorials are unnecessarily complicated. I just need the bare bones procedure to add this functionality.
One thing I don't understand is how the "has purchased" information is maintained. You just set a product_paid_for boolean to true and it persists?
