I am currently using Unity 2018, and Unity IAP v2.
Unity 2020+ allow upgrade IAP 4.x (Billing v4) with Package Manager.
But it's not possible in Unity 2018 or 2019.
How do I upgrade Google Play Billing Library v4 in Unity 2018 or 2019?
